Data we process

We process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email, phone, message) and the data needed to manage your reservation and stay.

Purposes and legal basis

- Replying to requests sent through the contact form: legal basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

- Managing reservations, accommodation contracts and related obligations: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be shared with providers that process it on our behalf or as independent controllers, including Airbnb, through whose listing the reservation is handled, and the site's technical and hosting providers. Anonymous or third-party measurement tools may be used, if enabled. Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own purposes unrelated to the stay.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request or the stay and to meet the related legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15-22 GDPR) and withdraw consent, by writing to the Controller's contacts above.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
